Support privacy.
We collect only the information needed to respond to theme support requests.
Information we receive
When you submit the support form, we receive your name, email address, store URL, theme name, problem description, and any optional attachment you provide. Cloudflare also processes limited technical information needed for security and delivery, such as IP address and Turnstile verification data.
How it is used
We use this information only to investigate, respond to, and maintain records of your support request. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.
Storage and sharing
Support messages are delivered through Cloudflare Email Service. Optional attachments are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Information may be processed by Cloudflare and our email provider only as needed to operate support. Do not submit passwords, payment data, or customer personal information.
Retention and requests
Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, and legal obligations. To request access or deletion, use the support form and select Slow Summer.
